I have tried to arrange visitations so many times and he always had an excuse. Always.

I said you can see her for couple of hours than we have to go .

His answer was – 2 hours is not enough. And blocked me.

So nothing appeared better than 2 hours .

Than my previous lawyers suggested Lo Pepin – its were my grandparents live and there is a park with peacocks 🦚 just in front. He refused.

Than he insisted of her staying overnight in the rental flat DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING FOR THE CHILD. No child blankets , no children clothes or shoes , kids schampoo , sets to do her hair ( by the way in 8 years – he never did her hair ) , no children medicaments …. Etc etc etc 

When he arrived back to Spain , last Saturday , 28.02.26 – I have proposed to meet all three of us following Monday. Not having any answer – we have changed plans. And than he started on Monday to ask – you have mentioned I can see Karolina today.

He absolutely twisted and sabotaged all my attempts for him to see his dauther .

1.03.26 I have proposed to see Karolina , he said , he is sorry , but he has to leave at 13:00.

Between 10:00 ( Alicante ) on 01.03.26 to 6:00 02.03.26 ( departure from Madrid ) he had 20 hours to find time to see his daughter. Does not look like very nice good bye. Looks like I was never allowing him ( which is total lie ) to see Karolina , but I proposed so many times and he refused ( I have proofs ) obviously.

So this again to put me in the position that I don’t allow him to see Karolina .

Today is 01.04.26

I have proposed a visit via email at 09:18 and he never replied .

So again nothing considered to be better than seeing his daughter . I have waited more than 24 hours for the response . Screenshot attached .

And he is still saying that I blocked him from visiting Karolina …. Unbelievable… I tried , and tried , and tried again …. There is always something … day is not right , place is not right , time is not right etc, etc , etc ….

I would do absolutely anything to see my daughter . He like a coward closed himself in Mar Baltico apartment , that only Guardia Civil could open , although is on our both names , he changed locks and told me to get lost. And he visits Karolina at the bus stop . And still to this day trying to twist it – that I does not allow him !!! What ???

I have pages and pages of proofs that I proposed so so many times. Does not matter how many times I have proposed a decent conversation in cafe – never worked either . Just total silence. Same with visiting Karolina.

Well, today is Easter – again I proposed that he see Karolina tomorrow. No answer.

The answer was yesterday. Yes , I would like to see Karolina , but I will not sign the paper ( handwriting ) and no supervision. We can arrange in and out of Mar Baltico .

That I still don’t have a key to , as Guardia Civil stated – it can not continue anymore.

It is like living in vicious circle…

So assuming he want it his way , or no way. We will wait . To see what happens between lawyers. So far Afonso only said that he doesn’t want court – he prefers agreement. But I will never agree on 400e. Inflation . Gas went sky rocket…. Nothing bugs him. But himself and his wellbeing. Extremely selfish man.
