So at least Alfonso agreed to give me the access to flat in Mar Baltico for 2 months to accomplish MY ONLY income . Although Giardia civil confirmed that that if it signed on both names – we have to have the same key . I was not able to get in from January. He changed locks and never let me make a step in. If I loose those 2 months in summer – I will not just loose my only income , I will also loose the rental license and that flat will loose lots of value for sale.

I want to highlight that he LIVES IN CANADA. It is not like he will be homeless. He ONLY STAYES IN SPAIN. He doesn’t have RESIDENCY TO LIVE HERE !
